From Social Worker to Founder, Speaker & Entrepreneur
Linda Dube is a Registered Social Worker and Best Interest Assessor with more than 20 years of experience within social care. Her career has taken her from frontline care and social work into management, safeguarding leadership, regulated care provision and entrepreneurship.
Today Linda is the Director and Nominated Individual of a CQC-regulated care provider and the founder of multiple initiatives designed to improve leadership, entrepreneurship and standards within the care sector.
She is the Founder of Care Business School, where she teaches and mentors aspiring and existing care entrepreneurs to build compliant, sustainable and successful care businesses.
She is also the Founder of Care Governance Solutions, a technology-led governance and compliance solution designed to help care providers strengthen governance, auditing, compliance and CQC readiness.
But Linda's message extends beyond care. Her own journey through rejection, career changes, entrepreneurship, difficult leadership decisions and rebuilding has shaped her belief that some of our greatest challenges can become the foundations of our greatest impact.

Linda was featured in Minding Our Own Business, made by Luke Walwyn Studios in partnership with West Yorkshire Combined Authority — a campaign celebrating and increasing the visibility of Black entrepreneurship in West Yorkshire.
Being part of the campaign provided another platform for Linda to showcase her entrepreneurial journey and the work she is doing within social care, business education and leadership.
The campaign reflects an important part of Linda's wider mission: increasing visibility, opening conversations about entrepreneurship and showing what is possible when people are given opportunities to build, lead and create impact.
