Linda Dube is a Keynote Speaker and the Founder of two purpose-led businesses: TLS Social Care and HHL Startup Consulting. She is a Registered Social Worker, Best Interest Assessor, CQC Nominated Individual, and content creator focused on care entrepreneurship and leadership.

With over 20 years of experience in health and social care, Linda brings a rare combination of frontline practice, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial insight. As a single mother with limited financial resources, she founded TLS Social Care and built it into a six-figure, CQC-compliant organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities and dementia across Bradford and Leeds. The service is recognised for delivering high-quality, relationship-based care rooted in dignity, trust, and empowerment. 

Through HHL Startup Consulting, Linda supports aspiring care business owners and entrepreneurs to launch and scale compliant, profitable, and values-driven care agencies. Her work includes digital training programmes, startup toolkits, live masterclasses, and one-to-one mentoring designed to build sustainable businesses with integrity and impact.

As a content creator, Linda hosts the Care Business Startup Podcast, where she shares practical guidance, real-world insight, and honest conversations around care business growth, leadership, resilience, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Her thought leadership and contributions to the sector have earned national recognition, including a feature in Community Care.
