1. General Principles
1.1 We aim to be fair, transparent, and compliant with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1.2 Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, how it is delivered, and whether access has already been provided.
1.3 By purchasing from lindadube.co.uk, you acknowledge that many of our offerings are digital, time-based, or personalised, which affects cancellation rights.
2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Toolkits, Resources)
2.1 Digital products include downloadable files, templates, workbooks, guides, toolkits, and other instantly accessible digital content.
2.2 By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download or access begins.
2.3 No refunds are provided for digital products once they have been accessed, downloaded, or made available, unless the content is demonstrably faulty or not as described.
3. Online Courses & Pre-Recorded Training Programmes
3.1 Online courses include self-paced programmes, pre-recorded video content, gated learning portals, and bundled digital training.
3.2 Where immediate access is granted upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right to cancel is waived once access begins.

4. Live Courses, Workshops & Masterclasses
4.1 Live events include time-specific online workshops, masterclasses, group programmes, or training sessions.
4.2 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund or credit, at our discretion.
4.3 Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, due to preparation, scheduling, and limited capacity.
4.4 Failure to attend a live session does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Coaching, Mentoring & Consulting Services
5.1 Coaching, mentoring, and consulting services may be delivered one-to-one or in groups and may be structured as single sessions or programmes.
5.2 Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.
5.3 If you need to reschedule a booked session, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited.
5.4 Where services are personalised, tailored, or already in progress, refunds are not available, except where required by law.
6. Memberships & Subscriptions
6.1 Memberships provide ongoing access to content, resources, or community platforms on a recurring basis.
6.2 You may cancel a membership subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3 Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and access will continue until the end of the paid period.
7. Speaking Engagements & Bespoke Services
7.1 Speaking engagements, bespoke consultancy, and customised services are subject to specific written agreements.
7.2 Deposits paid for bespoke or speaking services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7.3 Cancellations by the client may still incur full or partial fees depending on notice periods and preparation already undertaken.
8. Faulty or Misrepresented Services
8.1 If a product or service is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described, you must notify us promptly at contact@hhlstartupconsulting.com.
