Linda Dube is a Keynote Speaker, Transformational mentor and multi-business founder who provides structured mentorship for women navigating identity shifts and stepping into confident leadership.

While navigating single motherhood and healing from domestic abuse, Linda rebuilt her life from the inside out through her framework, HHL | Heal. Habits. Legacy. That season raised her standards, strengthened her discipline and clarified her purpose. She went on to qualify and practise as a registered social worker, working across adult services with older people, individuals with autism and learning disabilities, mental health service users, and women who had experienced domestic abuse. She later progressed into senior leadership as a Team Manager and Independent Best Interest Assessor.

Her professional practice has always been rooted in safeguarding, protecting human rights, upholding equality and ensuring that vulnerable individuals are treated with dignity and respect. She has extensive working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Care Act 2014, and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. Her expertise in governance, safeguarding, compliance, policy development and CQC regulatory standards is both strategic and operational.

With this depth of leadership and regulatory knowledge, Linda established her own domiciliary care organisation, achieving six figures in it's first year of trading. The organisation continues to grow, generating substantial revenue while providing meaningful employment and high-quality care within the community.

Her leadership and impact were recognised when she was featured in Community Care Magazine for her strength, resilience and commitment to building a values-led care organisation that safeguards vulnerable individuals while empowering women.

She later founded HHL Startup Consulting, and through her HHL Founder Mentorship, Linda mentors ambitious women to strengthen emotional resilience, develop disciplined routines and build businesses that are both compliant and commercially strong.

Her work blends emotional intelligence with accountability and strategic clarity, creating spaces where women are supported, challenged and equipped to build sustainable success, without compromising who they are.
