1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website lindadube.co.uk (“Website”) and any products, services, digital content, online courses, memberships, coaching, consultancy, or training programmes (collectively, “Services”) offered through it.

1.2 The Website and Services are provided by HHL Startup Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Registration Number 16464084).

1.3 By accessing the Website, purchasing Services, or otherwise using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to form a binding contract under UK law to use the Website or purchase Services.

2.2 If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3.1 We provide a range of Services including, but not limited to:

  • Online training courses and digital learning modules
  • Live masterclasses and workshops
  • One-to-one  coaching and consulting engagements
  • Membership programmes
  • Digital toolkits, templates, and downloadable resources
  • Access to proprietary content and community resources LinkedIn

3.2 Specific details of each Service, including eligibility, pricing, and delivery terms, are specified on the relevant sales page or service agreement.

4. Registration & Account Security

4.1 To access certain Services, you may need to register an account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

4.3 You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

5. Orders, Payment & Fees

5.1 Prices for Services are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change fees at any time, but changes will not affect Services already purchased.

5.2 All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to comply with their terms in addition to ours.

5.3 Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable except per our Refunds & Cancellations section. 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Consumer Rights: UK law may grant certain rights, including a 14-day cancellation period for goods and some services. For digital content, this right may be waived once delivery begins and you have accessed the content. 

6.2 Refund eligibility will be determined case by case in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and specifics of the Service purchased.

7. Delivery, Access & Content Rights

7.1 Delivery and access terms vary by Service. For digital products and online courses, access information is provided after purchase or upon registration.

7.2 You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7.3 You must not copy, distribute, publish, resell, or make available any content outside the intended use without our express written consent. 

8. User Conduct

8.1 You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

  • Violate  any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful software or malware
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Website
  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

8.2 We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice. 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 All content, trademarks, logos, designs, course materials, and proprietary information on the Website or in Services belong to us or our licensors.

9.2 You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you by these Terms.

9.3 All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2 By using the Website or Services, you consent to our collection and use of data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Notice.

11.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies.

11.2 Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and policies. 

12. Disclaimers

12.1 Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12.2 We do not guarantee results from use of the Services.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Subject to legal limits, our liability to you for any losses arising from or related to these Terms (including breach) shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13.2 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.

15. Termination

15.1 We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms.

15.2 On termination, your licence to access content ends, but provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, indemnity, liability) remain in effect.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
